Pay Gap Reports

Each year, we review our data and publish a gender pay gap report for The Riverside Group Ltd. These reports are shared with the Gender Equalities Office.

We are committed to equal pay for equal work. While our pay structures support this, we know the housing sector has more women than men. This means we must focus on balanced representation at all levels of our workforce.

We also publish an annual ethnicity pay gap report. This supports our work to improve diversity and inclusion across the Group.

We recognise that some areas of our organisation are not as diverse as we want them to be. These reports help us understand where we need to improve and guide our future actions.
