Climate responsibility

Find out how our Climate Plan 2022–26 will make homes more energy efficient, affordable to run and help reduce harmful emissions while improving green spaces.

Climate responsibility starts at home

Creating warmer, healthier and more sustainable homes is central to our long-term vision for residents and communities.

Our Climate Plan is focused on practical changes that improve everyday living — from better insulation and reduced heat loss to greener neighbourhoods and smarter energy solutions. These improvements are designed to help homes become more comfortable, more affordable to heat and more resilient for the future.

As we continue this transition, our focus remains on delivering changes that benefit residents first, while reducing the environmental impact of the homes and communities we manage.

Our priorities

Our Climate Plan focuses on practical improvements that reduce emissions while creating warmer, healthier and more affordable homes for residents.
