We operate across more than 150 local authorities nationwide, with a strong focus on communities that need support most. Over a third of our homes are in the 10% most deprived areas, and nearly three‑quarters are concentrated within just 20 local authorities, enabling us to deliver targeted impact and drive positive change at scale across cities and the Greater London area.

Our history

Structure of the Group

At the heart of Riverside is a not-for-profit charitable housing association, The Riverside Group Ltd, registered with the Regulator of Social Housing.

Our wider Group includes a regulated Scottish subsidiary, commercial businesses that develop new homes, and joint ventures delivering large-scale development and regeneration projects across the country.
